Any account found to belong to an individual under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all funds held therein will be forfeited without recourse. To access dps68's services, you must register a Member account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, active Indonesian mobile number, and preferred username and password. All information submitted during registration must reflect your true identity.
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active account on dps68. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. If you discover that a duplicate account exists under your name, you must notify support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your account, including bets placed and transactions initiated, will be considered your responsibility. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure may be withdrawn, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus Credits that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
dps68 is required to verify the identity of all Members prior to processing withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 500,000 or upon reaching cumulative deposit thresholds. The KYC process requires submission of the following documents:

All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). dps68 does not accept payments in foreign currencies directly; any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Member and their financial institution.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and may be subject to change. Deposits via local bank transfer and e-wallet are typically credited to your account balance within 1–5 minutes of confirmed receipt by our payment processor. dps68 is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider. If a deposit is not reflected in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
Withdrawal requests are processed by the dps68 finance team within an average of 15 minutes during operational hours (06:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for processing at the next available opportunity. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:
No Fees on Withdrawals: dps68 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control and solely your responsibility.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by dps68 are subject to these General Bonus Terms as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus requires Rp 2.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is activated.
Different game categories contribute at different rates toward fulfilling wagering requirements:
Bonus Credits that have not been wagered or that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within 30 calendar days of being credited to a Member's account will expire and be automatically removed from the account balance without notice or compensation.
dps68 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional terms. dps68 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where the platform suspects technical errors, data feed inaccuracies, or irregular betting activity. Bets accepted in error due to obvious pricing mistakes or system glitches may be voided and any associated funds returned to the Member's balance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of dps68 to any Member in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
dps68 expressly excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — even if dps68 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by dps68 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these terms, your account, or any transaction on the platform, you should first contact dps68 support to seek an informal resolution. dps68 commits to responding to formal dispute submissions within 5 business days. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within 30 days of the dispute being raised, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of the Operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.
